Job Description:
Sutherland is seeking an attentive and analytical person to join us as a SSIS ETL Developer to be responsible for the development of ETL processes. We are a group of dynamic and driven individuals. Responsibilities:
- Keep management updated: Provide regular updates to leadership on development progress, risks, mitigation plans, and team performance.
- Impact the bottom line: Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance healthcare analytics platforms and applications.
- Define Sutherland’s technology standards: Establish and enforce engineering best practices, development processes, and architectural standards across SHA projects.
- Strengthen relationships: Collaborate closely with product managers, QA, DevOps, and client stakeholders to ensure alignment of technical delivery with business objectives.
- Take the lead: Mentor and guide multiple development teams; manage workload allocation, conduct performance reviews, and drive talent development.
- Ensure quality delivery: Oversee end-to-end software lifecycle – from requirements to release – ensuring high code quality, timely delivery, and adherence to compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA, HITRUST).
Qualifications:
To succeed in this position, you must:
- Education: BTech/BE/MCA
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years
- Shift Timings - 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM IST
- Working Location: Sutherland Divyasree(Lanco) Office , Hyderabad
- Relocation: No, this position will not cover relocation expenses

Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, develop and support ETL processes including architecting table structure, building ETL process, documentation, and long-term preparedness.
- Develop cross validation rules to ensure mapping accuracy.
- Meet all defined requirements of the project.
- Provide production support of existing ETL processes.
- Document steps needed to migrate database objects between various environments including Development, UAT, Staging, and Production.
- Provide regular project updates to Information Analysts and management as needed.
- Communicate issues, risks, and concerns proactively to management.
- Document ETL process thoroughly to allow peers to assist with support as needed.
- Self-sufficient and strong communication skills (must be able to work with external groups/departments).
- Must be skilled with MS Office applications.
- Data Warehousing experience is preferred.
