Job Description:

What You’ll Do

As a  Sales Coach Manager, you will play a  key leadership role  in driving sales performance by:

  • Developing & mentoring Team Managers  to sharpen their coaching and sales leadership skills
  • Designing and executing high-impact training programs  to boost sales reps’ performance.
  • Analyzing sales trends & campaign data  to recommend winning strategies.
  • Optimizing lead targeting and conversion techniques  to hit aggressive sales goals.
  • Driving a culture of accountability, motivation, and continuous improvement.
  • Providing leadership teams with actionable insights & growth recommendations.

This is more than just a coaching role—it’s about  shaping a high-performance sales culture  and  building future sales leaders.

Qualifications:
