Job Description:
We are looking for experienced professionals to support a leading logistics technology platform serving large U.S. companies 🇺🇸. This role focuses on providing operational and client support within a high-volume production environment
- Manage outbound calls and emails with U.S.-based corporate clients
- Handle escalations and ensure timely issue resolution
- Provide outstanding customer experience (Great CX service skills required)
- Support logistics tracking and operational workflows
- Work closely with internal teams to maintain service quality standards
- Drives the end-to-end execution of the PP/Project workflow from kickoff through closeout.
- Maintains status control and keeps documentation accurate and up to date throughout the project.
- Serves as the primary point of contact for client communication.
- Ensures data readiness ahead of each project milestone.
- Owns scheduling progression and delivers a clean, complete closeout.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in operations, planning, scheduling, logistics support, or similar roles
- Experience handling client escalations
- Strong customer management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (B2+ English required)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Salesforce and/or NetSuite experience is a plus
