Job Description:
Your Responsibilities
- Perform Know Your Customer (KYC) reviews in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Verify customer identity and supporting documentation.
- Analyze customer information to identify potential risks and inconsistencies.
- Investigate and resolve documentation discrepancies.
- Escalate high-risk or suspicious cases according to established procedures.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all cases are completed within service level agreements.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to support compliance and operational excellence
Qualifications:
What We're Looking For
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher (written and spoken).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in KYC, AML, Compliance, Banking, Financial Services, Risk, or Customer Support is an advantage but not required.
- Good computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Working Hours
- Work from our office in Sofia.
- Rotational 8 hours shifts / 5 days per week
- Schedule: Monday to Sunday, between 07:00 and 22:00.
