Job Description:

Sutherland is looking for a talented Associate   Manager - Healthcare Claims Automation to support one of our growing  Healthcare programs! If you have the leadership skills along with healthcare domain experience, we want to hear from you! 

As an Associate Manager  you will get to:

  • Drive the performance of a remote team of Consultants, meeting and exceeding all KPI targets.
  • Strengthen Relationships: manage attrition, shrinkage, and other critical metrics of the team.
  • Influence the Lives of Others: coach and mentor Consultants, providing feedback and performance management.
  • Keep Management Updated: inform leadership on the latest trends of end-user customers and provide feedback to Operation Managers.
  • Define Sutherland's Reputation: drive organizational initiatives within the team to boost performance

Qualifications:

Our most successful candidates will have:

 

***Must have a minimum of 2-3 years of Associate Manager in Claims Adjudication processing experience within a Healthcare Program (MANDATORY)****

  • Healthcare claims automation experience preferred
  • TMU certified preferred 
  • Ability to lead, motivate and coach agent-level employees
  • Open availability 
  • Ability to work in MS Office and other program-specific platforms
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • The ability to be pro-active in developing trust and professional rapport with employees and team members; work as a team-player
  • Strong analytical skills; be able to interpret data, identify trends, and make suggestions for improvements
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; be able to communicate in a clear, constructive, and professional manner
