Job Description:
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and experience testing desktop applications in different Windows environments.
- Understanding of other operating systems like LINUX, MacOS.
- Familiarity with virtualization platforms, such as VMware or Citrix.
- Experience testing applications in virtual desktop infrastructures (VDI) and remote access scenarios.
- Proficiency in functional, regression, and UI testing techniques.
- Understanding of database systems (e.g., SQL Server, Sybase).
- Experience using test management and bug tracking tools, such as JIRA and ALM.
- Ability to write and maintain clear, comprehensive test documentation, including test plans, cases, and reports
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to identify and isolate issues in virtualized environments.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and QA best practices in agile or hybrid environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
