Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Manager/Team Leader to join our organization in Davao City, Philippines. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for guiding, motivating, and developing a high-performing team to achieve organizational goals and drive success.

  • Lead and manage a team of professionals, ensuring optimal performance and productivity
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to meet department objectives and key performance indicators
  • Provide mentorship, coaching, and performance feedback to team members
  • Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
  • Identify and resolve operational issues, implementing process improvements as needed
  • Conduct regular team meetings and foster open communication within the team
  • Monitor and analyze team performance metrics, providing regular reports to upper management
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
  • Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members
  • Promote a positive work environment that encourages innovation, teamwork, and professional growth

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (3-5 years minimum) in a leadership role, demonstrating strong team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities in fast-paced environments
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and relevant software tools
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
  • Experience in performance management, including setting goals, providing feedback, and conducting reviews
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic work environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred)
  • Leadership or management certifications (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) are a plus
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage
