Provide policy interpretation guidance to employees

Resolve employee relations issues timely through

Resolve issues with employees in regards to adherence with company policies and procedures

Assist with the planning, preparation, hosting and administration of regularly scheduled required Employee Orientations
Support the team:
Assist in documenting personnel actions and provide information to payroll
Improve workplace efficiency:
Identify opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiency
Qualifications:

- Knowledge of human resource functions, business management and strategy, workforce planning and employment, benefits, employee relations, and risk management
- Ability to work in MS Office
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to communicate in a clear, constructive, and professional manner
