Job Description:

  • All roles support US time zones, requires night shift work with rotational weekly offs, and is based in our Chennai office.

Role # 1 - Compensation & Benefits Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Compensation Specialist / Lead to support and enhance US compensation and benefits operations. This role serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for compensation processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution of compensation programs. The Senior Associate will focus on executing compensation cycles and managing complex data validations, while the Lead will additionally manage escalations, govern C&B processes, mentor junior team members, and support strategic decision-making.

The ideal candidate possesses deep knowledge of US compensation regulations, hands-on experience with Workday Compensation, strong analytical capability, and a commitment to operational excellence.

Role # 2 - HR Operations Specialist

We are seeking experienced and highly capable Senior HR Operations Specialists / Leads to drive delivery excellence within our high-performing HR Shared Services (HRSS) organization supporting the US market. This role requires deep subject matter expertise in HR processes, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to ensure compliance with US labor laws and regulatory standards.

The Senior Associate will manage core HR processes and employee support, while the Lead will additionally handle escalations, guide peers, influence workflow improvements, and support operational transformation. 

Role # 3 - Compliance & Incident Management (Voice & Non-voice)

We are seeking a highly skilled, detail-oriented, and compliance-focused Compliance & Incident Management Specialist (L1/L2/L3) to support US HR Shared Services operations. This role serves as a subject matter expert (SME) for US HR compliance, incident governance, documentation integrity, and audit readiness. The Lead is responsible for resolving complex cases, supporting investigations, guiding team members, and ensuring adherence to federal and state regulations.

The ideal candidate possesses deep knowledge of US HR processes, hands-on experience in compliance and incident management, and the ability to manage sensitive cases with professionalism and sound judgment.

Role # 4 - Payroll & Timekeeping

We are seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Specialist / Lead to serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for US payroll operations. This role is responsible for ensuring compliant, accurate, and efficient payroll delivery while driving continuous improvement initiatives. The position offers exposure to complex multi-state payroll, global governance, advanced system operations, and leadership opportunities.

The Lead will additionally review and validate pre-payroll inputs, analyze payroll outputs, administer post-payroll activities, mentor junior specialists, and ensure adherence to SLAs/KPIs.

Role # 5 - Talent Management

  • We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Management Specialist / Lead to serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for US Talent programs, supporting end-to-end execution of Talent cycles, Workday configuration, and operational governance. This role ensures seamless execution of performance management, succession planning, talent data integrity, and recruitment support processes.
  • The Lead will additionally oversee candidate screening and background verification (BGV) workflows, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and professional handling of sensitive information. This role also requires mentoring junior specialists, managing escalations, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across Talent Operations.
