Job Description:

Sutherland is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable person to join us as a Sr Assoc - HRSS Generalist. We are a group of driven and hard-working individuals. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Professionally and accurately respond to written and oral queries from Employees / Ex-Employees regarding queries, concerns and requests pertaining to changes in their life-cycle and / or post separation
  • Interface with HRBPs, HRIS, Compensation, Benefits and Payroll personnel to assist in the administration and support of employee queries and requests
  • Responsible for the employee file maintenance
  • Maintain high degree of confidentiality

Qualifications:

  • Requires a college degree or 1-4 years of Human Resource experiencе
  • Requires knowledge on various areas of human resources including benefits, employment, pay-related practices / processes and compensation
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work with a diverse group of employees
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
  • Demonstrate еmployee experience оrientation
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills able to communicate in a clear, constructive and professional manner
  • Ability to be pro-active in developing trust and professional rapport with employees and team members
  • We will consider as advantage the previous experience with: Aladin and SuccessFactors
