Job Description:
We are looking for motivated German-speaking Phone Sales Specialists to join our team and work with one of Europe's leading telecommunications providers.
In this role, you will combine inbound sales with customer support, helping customers find the right solutions for their internet, telephone, and TV needs.
Your responsibilities:

Advise customers over the phone and recommend suitable products and services through inbound calls.

Achieve sales targets and maximize your earnings through an unlimited commission scheme and additional performance bonuses.

Assist customers with inquiries related to internet, telephone, TV services, routers, and contracts.

Deliver professional, friendly, and solution-oriented customer service.

Build positive customer relationships while identifying opportunities to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:

German language proficiency at C1 level.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

An interest in phone sales and customer-oriented communication.

A motivated, proactive, and results-driven attitude.

Willingness to learn and achieve sales targets.
-
Previous sales or BPO experience is an advantage but is not mandatory.

Willingness to work on-site at our office in Sofia, Bulgaria.
Additional Information:
What we offer:

Average total earnings of approximately €3,000 gross per month, including sales bonuses.

Monthly gross base salary of approximately €1,600.

Unlimited commission potential, plus additional quality and PBI bonuses.

€500 sign-on bonus.

Permanent employment contract and paid training.

Full-time training for approximately two months, including training and nesting.

Full-time or part-time employment options after the training period.

Working hours from Monday to Friday, between 08:00 and 19:00.

Work-from-home policy:
The role starts with approximately two months of on-site training and nesting at our Sofia office. After this period, you will initially continue working from the office.
A transition to home office may be possible once your manager confirms that you consistently meet the required KPIs, quality standards, and performance expectations and can work independently. Please note that remote work is not guaranteed and depends on your individual performance, results, and development.
