About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Reporting & Data Analyst to join our operations team supporting a global technology client. This role is essential for transforming data into actionable insights that drive operational efficiency and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI, and the ability to communicate findings effectively to both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel to support operations and client needs.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, collaborating with operations leadership to support strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure data accuracy through quality checks and present insights via clear, professional presentations.
  • Participate in a data analysis skills test as part of the hiring process.

Qualifications:

Our most successful candidates will have:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a data analyst or reporting analyst role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to data quality and ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
  • Available to work 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
