Job Description:
If you have a passion for learning, resolving issues, ensuring high-quality outcomes, and helping build programs from the ground up, this role is for you.
- Installation Quality Specialist will work closely with the Installation Enablement team to support continuous improvements to installation quality and enablement. You will manage an internal queue of issues, analyze installation data to identify trends and drive improvements, and provide feedback and testing support for internal installation tools/systems as needed.
- This role will also support a new Quality Assurance (QA) program and assist in redefining how quality responsibilities operate across internal teams and external partners. You will conduct QA reviews of internal and partner-submitted work, assess process adherence, support SLA compliance, and collaborate closely with partners, IPMs, and internal stakeholders to resolve lower-level quality issues. This position is ideal for self-driven, proactive go-getters who thrive on generating ideas, improving processes, and helping build impactful programs from the ground up.

Qualifications:

- Understanding of testing fundamentals (test cases, defects, expected vs. actual results)
- Comfortable working with multiple systems, environments, or data inputs

- Proficiency with basic productivity tools (Excel, Word, task trackers, ticket systems)
