Job Description:

Sutherland is seeking an attentive and goal-oriented person to join us as a MCR Engineer.

Professional Service Engineer (PSE) works as a member of the delivery team for product remote implementation, configuration, and integration of the NICE platform. Provides expertise and technical contribution in technical aspects of the project. The PSE will work with the project team from the sales to services transition through the closure of the project.

 

  1. Perform remote installation and integration of NICE software, following established methodologies, processes, and customer requirements.

  2. Support the implementation team by addressing technical questions from project kickoff to final handover to support.

  3. Ensure full integration and proper implementation of all components within the technical architecture.

  4. Identify, communicate, and resolve any design flaws encountered during solution delivery.

  5. Assist customers and vendors with configuration for all NICE integration points within their environment.

  6. Provide technical expertise on the NICE product suite, implementation methodology, and related technologies.

  7. Conduct system testing to ensure performance and reliability, and escalate issues when needed.

  8. Deliver technical support, application overviews, and quality control throughout the project lifecycle.

  9. Document lessons learned and resolutions in the NICE Knowledge Base.

  10. Share technical feedback with R&D and product support for potential enhancements and fixes.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in product implementation and integration.

  2. Strong technical skills in Microsoft SQL Server, Windows Server (IIS), and Active Directory.

  3. Knowledge of network principles (OSI model, TCP/UDP) and network devices (NICs, switches, routers).

  4. Experience with scripting (basic queries), system maintenance (backups, security), and troubleshooting tools.

  5. Familiarity with advanced solutions such as Telephony integrations, LDAP, SSO, ACD, and Disaster Recovery.

  6. Fluent in English with excellent communication, customer engagement, and problem-solving skills.

  7. Proven ability to work in multicultural, team-based, and dynamic environments.

  8. Fast learner, adaptable to new technologies, and works methodically following defined processes.

 

B.E. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or related technical degree preferred.

•             CCNA and MCSE certifications preferred.

•             AWS, Azure, HP, Dell, VMWare, and Citrix certifications are a plus

 

 

Additional Information:

This position requires agreeing to work under a hybrid model in Bogota, Colombia.
