Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled, experienced Mid. RPA Developer to join our Intelligent Automation team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in developing and maintaining automation solutions using Blue Prism, Power Automate, and Python. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable, efficient, and reliable automation workflows across various enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain RPA solutions using Blue Prism and Power Automate.
- Implement automation for SAP, MS Office Suite, databases, and GUI-based applications.
- Create and integrate Python scripts for specialized automation tasks.
- Design and implement OCR solutions for multi-language document processing.
- Optimize automation performance for large datasets and high-volume transactions.
- Implement retry logic, error handling, and alerting mechanisms.
- Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and deliver automation solutions.
- Maintain process documentation including AS-IS, SDD, and workload volumes.
- Support control room operations and monitor bot performance.
- Participate in POCs involving AI/LLM tools for OCR and unstructured data.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field is required.
- Minimum of 6 years of demonstrable experience in RPA development, with a strong focus on Blue Prism.
- Proven expertise in developing and maintaining automation solutions using Blue Prism and Power Automate.
- Proficiency in Python scripting for specialized automation tasks.
- Extensive experience in implementing automation for SAP, Microsoft Office Suite, databases, and GUI-based applications.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement OCR solutions for multi-language document processing.
- Proven track record in optimizing automation performance for large datasets and high-volume transactions.
- In-depth knowledge of implementing retry logic, error handling, and alerting mechanisms in RPA solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
- Excellent documentation skills, including the ability to create and maintain process documentation such as AS-IS, System Design Documents (SDD), and workload volume reports.
- Blue Prism Developer certification is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with AI/LLM tools, particularly Microsoft Copilot, is considered a significant advantage.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and staying abreast of emerging technologies in the RPA and intelligent automation field.
