Job Description:
This is a full-time hybrid employee role for a Customer Service Representative French Account at Sutherland's location in Alexandria. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer accounts, providing excellent customer service, and effective communication
Qualifications:
- Customer Service Representatives and Customer Service skills
- Proficiency in French B2-C1
- English B1
- Grads only
- Fixed morning shifts and fixed weekends (Saturdays and Sundays)
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
