Job Description:
What You'll Do
As a Customer Experience & Technical Support Advisor, you'll help French-speaking customers get the most from their devices and smart technology.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Providing support via phone and email in French and English.
- Assisting customers with product setup and troubleshooting.
- Resolving connectivity and basic technical issues.
- Delivering an outstanding customer experience on every interaction.
Qualifications:
What We're Looking For
- French proficiency at B2 level.
- English proficiency at B2 High (B2H) / C1 level.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Interest in technology and consumer electronics.
- Basic knowledge of Wi-Fi, mobile devices, or connectivity is an advantage.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Availability to work from our office in Sofia.
- Schedule: Monday to Sunday, between 10:00 and 19:00.
