Position Overview: Technical Support Specialist (Spanish & English)

Location: Sofia | Full and Part -Time | Night Shifts

Are you passionate about new technologies, connected devices, and smart home solutions? This could be the perfect opportunity for you! As we continue to grow our service delivery center in Sofia, we’re looking for dedicated Technical Support Specialists to join our team. In this role, you’ll provide expert assistance for issues related to internet routers, Wi-Fi setup, smart control systems, and device integration.

Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer and technical support via phone and email

  • Assist with questions related to accounts, products, and orders

  • Use company tools and knowledge bases to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues

  • Provide clear, friendly communication that represents the client’s brand

  • Follow all processes and procedures as outlined by the client and company

  • Escalate or transfer contacts to relevant departments when necessary

Requirements

  • Proficient in Spanish (B2 level or higher)

  • Good command of English (B2 level or higher)

  • Strong computer skills and ability to multitask

  • Technical knowledge of internet routers and connectivity troubleshooting

  • Familiarity with consumer electronics and their setup

  • Ability to explain technical information clearly to non-technical users

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Flexible with working hours and night shifts availability
